Alkoholproblemerne skal klares med rådgivning -

Mange som har problemer med alkohol glemmer at der skal prof alkoholrådgivning til før det virkelig hjælper. Mange får tilbageslag fordi de blot fulgte en minnesotabehandling uden opfølgning. Der skal selvfølgelig god rådgivning til, men hele ens indstilling skal være positiv og udadvendt. Det nytter ikke noget, at tro at ens alkoholproblem forsvinder af sig selv.

At tage en minnesotakur kan være en dyr affære. Alkoholisme er en alvorlig sygdom som desværre betyder mange dødsfald hvert år. En minnesota behandling hjælper dog i langt de fleste tilfælde, så man kan komme ud af sit alkoholmisbrug .

Men det er nemmere sagt end gjort.
